Mother’s love

adult, mother, daughter

Ecotherapy, a natural calling

I am a mother of two. In both of my pregnancies, I put on a lot of weight. There was a point when my weight had crossed the 80-kilo mark. Over the course of time, I had managed to shed some of it, but losing the last 10 kilos, getting back to my pre-pregnancy figure seemed so difficult. My confidence levels dropped, I became so negative. Eventually, it became a ‘me versus me’ challenge. I couldn’t wear my favourite clothes anymore. I wanted to wear all the short dresses which I saw others wear. That really drove me to lose weight. I set a challenge in front of myself to try and push my body to the core and work on dropping kilos. Luckily, it worked.
